This 1968 Plymouth Valiant is an absolutely wild, professionally built street/strip machine with no expense spared. Starting with a solid 340 base, the motor was transformed into a 416 cubic inch stroker engine by Ray Barton Racing Engines, dyno-tested at an incredible 700 horsepower. Equipped with Ray Barton heads, a custom grind camshaft, Holley Pro Dominator intake, and dual 750 QFT carburetors, this car delivers brutal acceleration and track-ready performance. Power is transferred through a built 727 automatic with a reverse pattern manual valve body and an 8.75 rear end with 4.56 gears and spool setup. The car sits mini-tubbed on massive 30x13.5 Mickey Thompson tires wrapped around Billet Specialties wheels for maximum grip. Inside, you'll find Jegs bucket seats, a 5-point harness, and a full rear seat—offering both safety and comfort. The exterior shines in blue with an aggressive stance and flawless finish. This Valiant is ready for the strip, yet clean and sharp enough for the show field.

Testimonials

I can't say enough about my experience!

When I bought my 71 MBZ 600, I thought that I was paying a high price, but when I got my car, I realized that this was the best car in my collection. Thank you Tom for selling this car to me.

If there was 10 stars I'd give them a 10.

I've dealt with many people & have quite a few cars. Dealing with Vintage from start to the end of the deal was excellent.  The communication is great. They have such a great selection of cars there and everything about them is so professional. I even mentioned they have a VW Microbus that if they fix a little they can get double the $$$ but they don't do that & they have some gems. I love the place & I totally trust them with any deal.

Best shopping experience!!!

Been shopping around for quite some time before finding my 1973 Citroen at Vintage Car Collector. Sale went smoothly and with ease, for what I'm very thankful. Highly recommended!
