This seller has a huge & impressive inventory. Nick showed me the vehicle I bought and I found he's not your typical car salesman. He's very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. The day I picked up my car I got a glimpse of where they detail and service their vehicles. I saw the time and effort they put into their inventory. I don't normally leave reviews; but, I was so pleased with my experience I felt I needed to.
I can't say enough about my experience!
When I bought my 71 MBZ 600, I thought that I was paying a high price, but when I got my car, I realized that this was the best car in my collection. Thank you Tom for selling this car to me.
If there was 10 stars I'd give them a 10.
I've dealt with many people & have quite a few cars. Dealing with Vintage from start to the end of the deal was excellent. The communication is great. They have such a great selection of cars there and everything about them is so professional. I even mentioned they have a VW Microbus that if they fix a little they can get double the $$$ but they don't do that & they have some gems. I love the place & I totally trust them with any deal.
GREAT people.
Great people to deal with. Sold them my 73 Mercedes and it was a very smooth transaction. Very quick payment. I buy And sell many cars each year and will definitely be looking Nick up to buy in the future.
Best shopping experience!!!
Been shopping around for quite some time before finding my 1973 Citroen at Vintage Car Collector. Sale went smoothly and with ease, for what I'm very thankful. Highly recommended!

1953 Ford F-100
This is a no-joke pickup truck, and it was a big challenge for its builder to come up with what you now see! But he did it! People around him were skeptical about being able to make that swap, but he succeeded. Read on!
Mechanical
This truck has only 2,500 miles after it was built by a Ford-enthusiast. It rolls on a 1999 302 V8 AWD Explorer chassis. It has an automatic transmission with overdrive, a power rack and pinion steering, 10” lockup converter, 3.73 gears on the front and rear with Detroit Tru-Trac differential in the rear.
The Explorer chassis was completely rebuilt with ALL NEW tie rod ends, new upper/lower ball joints, new upper/lower arm bushings, new front and rear Leaf Spring bushings, new shackles, new brake calipers front and rear with new brake pads new brake rotors all new belts and hoses, including power steering, heater, air conditioning and radiator.
The FUEL INJECTED 302 features GT40p Heads, FRPP "B" cam, Explorer GT40 style Intake and engine was completely gone through, freshened and painted/powder coated. The truck uses the original Explorer ECM with OBDII, and features a custom tune that reflects the modifications.
Exterior
It has a very original exterior with a good patina.
It's got Rocket Booster 18x8 wheels with Yokohama 255/45/18 S-Drive Tires.
Interior
The interior features a Custom Racepak dash, ice cold vintage air conditioning, Stealth e-brake shifter, and has been converted to electric wipers, and has turn signals. The wiring is mostly the Explorer Harness.
This is the finest inexpensive truck you can buy today. As cars with a specific amount of “patina” grow in popularity, the demand for trucks like this one skyrockets.
Overall, it is a very nice restoration project, and it is your chance to acquire it.
